We deliberately do not ask for medical, diagnostic, or health information on this website. Please do not submit health details through the web form. If we need clinical information later in the intake process, we will collect it through a secure, appropriate channel and tell you how it will be handled at that time.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical information to deliver and secure this website, including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. This is used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate traffic measurement.

We also record the IP address, browser user agent, page URL, and timestamp at the moment you submit the form. We keep this as proof of the consent you gave to be contacted, as required by telephone consumer protection rules.

Advertising and analytics

We advertise on third-party platforms, including Reddit. If an advertising or analytics tag is active on this site, it may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure whether an ad led to a form submission. If you do not become a client, we keep your inquiry and consent record for up to four years, which is the retention period we apply for telephone consent recordkeeping, then delete it. If you become a client, records are kept for the period required by New York State home care regulations and applicable law. You may request earlier deletion, and we will comply unless a law requires us to keep the record.

7. How we protect information

This website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted in transit. We limit internal access to personal information to staff who need it to do their jobs. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
