This applies to how we accept inquiries, how we assign caregivers, the services we provide, and how we handle complaints.
Services for people with disabilities
We provide free aids and services to people with disabilities so they can communicate effectively with us, including:
- Qualified sign language interpreters
- Written information in other formats, such as large print, audio, or accessible electronic formats
- Assistance completing forms by phone
Language assistance
We provide free language services to people whose primary language is not English, including qualified interpreters and information written in other languages. Our team speaks English, Spanish, Russian, and Haitian Creole, and we can arrange interpretation in additional languages at no cost to you.

If you believe we have discriminated against you
File a complaint with us
You can file a grievance directly with Sincere Care Agency. Call (929) 383-8960 and ask to speak with the person responsible for civil rights compliance. You may file in person, by phone, or in writing. We can help you complete a written grievance if you need assistance. Filing a complaint will not affect the services you receive, and we prohibit retaliation against anyone who files one.
