Sincere Care Agency serves older adults and people with disabilities. It matters to us that our website works for the people we serve, including those who use screen readers, magnification, voice control, or a keyboard instead of a mouse.

Standard we build against

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Specific measures in place on this site include:

• Semantic HTML landmarks and a logical heading order
• A skip-to-content link as the first focusable element
• Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
• Form fields with persistent visible labels, not placeholder-only labels
• Errors announced to assistive technology and tied to their field
• Text contrast that meets or exceeds 4.5:1 for body copy
• Layout that reflows to 320 px width without horizontal scrolling
• Support for browser zoom to 200% without loss of content or function
• Respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion preference
• Support for Windows High Contrast / forced-colors mode
• Decorative images and icons hidden from screen readers
• No content that flashes or auto-plays

Honest limits of this statement

Automated checks and our own manual testing catch many issues but not all of them. Full validation requires testing with real assistive technologies and review by accessibility specialists, plus feedback from people with disabilities who use the site. We treat this as ongoing work rather than a finished checklist, and we have not completed a third-party audit of this page.

You never have to use this website to reach us. Everything the form does can be done by phone.
